Krzysztof Biernacki, PhD
CEO Digital Gateways
He has over 20 years of experience in digital transformation, marketing, operations and IT. At Aviva Polska, as chief digital officer, he was responsible for digital transformation. He also has over 10 years of experience in the banking sector. In that time, he introduced award-winning e-banking and mobile channels, created innovative payment solutions, and implemented an omnichannel platform for client-bank partnerships.
Previously a member of the Electronic Banking Council within ZBP (Polish Bank Association), he is currently a member of the digitalization team at the Polish Insurance Association.
He is a PHD of economic sciences.
Paweł Jaskulski
Board Member, Area of New Technologies and Cybersecurity
He has built his almost 19-year career in the largest financial institutions in Poland: Inteligo Financial Services, Citi Handlowy, PKO BP and BNP Paribas, where in recent years he has been responsible for the development of the payment area in the Internet Banking Internet and mobile banking and Computer Security Incident Response Computer Security Incident Response CSIRT.
He has also been involved for years in the digital transformation of the banking sector and key public institutions. He was a member of the Electronic Banking Council and the Banking Cyber Security Centre at the Polish Bank Association.
Jakub Soborski
Product Owner
He has 8 years of experience in the development of loan and broker products in the financial sector and affiliate industry. In his career, he has been responsible for product management and business development, including in the Spanish and Mexican markets. He was involved in the technological development and optimisation of solutions related to server-side tracking, including those based on REST APIs and cookie-less tracking. In addition, he oversaw the building, implementation and further development of pingtree products. He gained knowledge and skills in Polish and Estonian companies.
His competencies also include marketing, negotiations, sales, development in new markets and active participation in optimising sales processes using technological solutions.
Piotr Paraska
Product Owner
He has almost 20 years of experience in IT project management in the financial sector. His projects were milestones in the activities of the largest financial institutions on the Polish market, which had a significant impact on the development of banking. In his career, he has held key roles in some of Poland's largest banks, such as BNP Paribas, Raiffeisen Bank Polska and Polbank, where he led projects in mobile banking, electronic payments and digital transformation.
As a Product Owner, Piotr combines his project management skills in Agile methodology with the practice of creating user-centric products.
Łukasz Drozdek
Business Development Manager
A specialist with several years of experience in business development, business partnerships, sales, and customer relations. He initially worked in Customer Success and later took on the role of Business Development Manager. He has developed his career in the fintech, IT, and blockchain industries.
His strength lies in his ability to listen and understand the partner's needs, offering the most effective solutions for business processes that provide real value to the client.
He holds a degree in economics from the University of Economics in Kraków.
Michał Konopka
CEO AIS Gateway business development
A manager with 15 years of experience in the international fintech market, focused on technology and data. He is responsible for risk management, development of companies and fintech products. Earlier in his career, he managed the strategies of companies operating in the Scandinavian countries, Spain and Poland.
He is also a founder of risk management and consulting companies for the lending sector. In 2021, he was among the 50 best managers in the Polish financial market - a title awarded by „Loan Magazine".
Weronika Gross-Markowska
Vice president AIS Gateway data science and IT
An expert with over 14 years of experience in expert positions related to data analysis and management. She started her career with risk management, later shifting her focus to IT and data science. She specializes in data warehousing, data analytics, decision support systems (DSS), business intelligence, and has extensive ETL (extract, transform, load) experience.
She has led and participated in many data projects for international fintech companies. She studied information technology with a focus on econometrics and actuarial statistics.
